He began his career in the trades, building the technical foundation that now drives BT Pro Services’ high standards. Over the years, he has overseen large-scale maintenance operations and led teams across thousands of residential properties, always focused on quality, speed, affordability, and long-term results.
Les founded BT Property Services with a clear purpose. He wanted to create a future for his son Colton, who lives in the space between neurotypical and state supported autism, so he would never have to fit into a world that wasn’t built for him. The company stands as both a legacy to his son and a commitment to families on a similar path.
