BT Property Services is seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in assisting with various home repair and light remodeling projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic construction tasks, including demolition, material handling, and site preparation.
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers) by providing tools and materials as needed.
• Perform general clean-up duties on job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
• Operate basic hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Load and unload materials, and help with the setup and tear-down of equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
